INTRODUCTION TO 8th CHINA INTERNATIONAL MACHINERY & ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS EXPOSITION

 

CHINA INTERNATIONAL MACHINERY AND ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS EXPOSITION (referred to as “CWME”), is the only international and professional exposition specializing in machinery and electronics of state level, approved by the State Council of China and held in West and Central China.

With the participation and support of friends from home and abroad, CWME has been held for seven sessions since 2000 and become a most important and influencing pageant for machinery and electronic industry in West and Central China, with exhibiting area totaling 250,000m2, attracted over 4,000 exhibitors from 50+ countries or regions and 200,000+ professionals for exhibition and negotiation.

The 8th CWME was held on 23~26 September 2007 in Wuhan, China. This CWME will focus on exhibiting advanced machinery and electronic product and technology, promoting summit interfacing for international sourcing and negotiation or contracting of manufacturing project on the theme of “Brand, Innovation and Opening”, to build a stage for expediting structural optimization, innovative growth and international cooperation for machinery and electronic industry of China, especially West and Central China.

Now China is implementing her strategy of development in central area, manufacturing in Central China is confronting a new round of opportunity for development. Wuhan, as an important industrial base of China, has initiated a group of manufacturing projects valuing over RMB ten billion, e.g. 800,000-Ton Ethylene Product Line, Expansion and Rebuilding of WISCO, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp., FOXCONN, DPCA Second Manufactory, etc. We have reasonable confidence in Wuhan Manufacturing which is sure to achieve grand prospect by virtue of development in central area and embrace an endless opportunity.
